I had an issue with an IP - NVR CCTV system recently. I reverted to the store the hardware was purchased from. They changed the hard drive under warranty. Henceforth, upon the instore technician updating the firmware, a long and arduous nightmare began. The system was inconsistent in performance until eventually stopping all recording. The in store technician was simply out of his depth when the upgrade reset the system. Not instilled with any confidence, I reached out to SecureIAm. Happy to say, they resolved the matter and I now have a fully functioning CCTV system. All work was conducted remotely at a time of my convenience. They are courteous, professional, competitively priced and above all passionate. The exceptional technical knowledge coupled with the excellent customer focus, is testament to their passion.

I normally don't say this about many companies, but Secure I AM has been one of those companies that has shown an exceptional customer service. I'm someone whom has very little knowledge about alarms & security and after searching around and finding that most companies just want your money and run, I found Secure I AM a breath of fresh air. The engineer took his time explaining each part of the security system. He went that extra mile to breakdown what the system was doing and why and was extremely patient, even though I was a stress-head and paranoid. This reassured me that what I was getting would help provide me with the right security for my home and my family.

Secure I AM impressed us with their knowledge and professionalism when installing our Texecom Alarm. Great system but it most definitely needs a team like Secure I AM to install and thoroughly test due it's complexity.
Really polite and friendly company and we're happy that should we need any after care, they will be more than willing to help.
