I called Radu as he was recommend by a neighbour and Id had an attempted break in. He was with me in around 40 minutes and showed empathy around my situation. Radu didnt try to sell me anything, just advised on what I needed to make my house safe again, and after the work was complete, Im happy to say it was again!
Very kind and considerate care shown throughout.

Called at 15.45 and he was round to sort the issue (New Mechanism) within the hour.
Not only did he fix the issue but he took the time to educate me as to why cut happened and how to avoid it in the future.
I was really grateful and the price was very reasonable too.
What a lovely bloke its no surprise hes got so many glowing reviews

Radu come to sort my back door as there was an alignment issue. Worked fast, helpful and explained what he was doing. Any thing happens again and they will be the first people I call and recommend to anyone. And the price is acceptable. Not trying to rip you off which is great. Overall a 10/10 from me. Thanks again for the great service

Radu is a lifesaver! Very professional and personable. Came over swiftly and realigned my door when another tradesman messed around with it (unasked) and left it unable to lock. Put me at ease in a stressful situation and while Ive never had to use a locksmith before, I found it very reasonably priced for such a quick turnaround. Thanks again!

I called so many other emergency 24hr locksmiths that didnt answer and Im so glad they didnt because then I contacted Radu and he said hed arrived in 20mins which he did. Very fast and easy service, really nice and genuine guy too which makes a huge difference and stands out. Had to save his number because hes the only guy Id call for any lock/door issues! Very reasonable price seeing as it was late at night when I called out of hours. Dont bother with any other locksmiths trust me, Ive had to use them for different properties and business and Radu stands from them all.
