I offer advice & tips as a contributor to MCN's 'Ask the Experts' page, and have featured in other trade magazines, blogs and forums. You can catch up with my 'goings on' via my Facebook page, Bike Alarm Man. Current favourite systems include BikeTrac, Datatool Stealth S5 & S7, Datatool TrakKING Adventure S5 & S7, the Datatool S4 C1 Red, the Datatool S4 C221 Green, and the Meta Def Com T.

If you're finding it all too much hassle, consider zero input devices like an approved self-alarming alarm/immobiliser. Don't leave your keys in the bike, even for a short time. Always keep your keys with you and NOT at home. Thieves are increasingly breaking into houses just to get thekeys to your bike and your registration documents. Breadth and diversity
